Any unworn, unwashed, item with tags and original packaging can be claimed for refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase.
File an exchange request with reason and picture proof on a given phone number.
A rider will be sent to you within 5 working days with a replacement and pick up the unwanted item.
The consumer will entertain delivery charges for the exchange.
If the fault is at our end, we will bear full responsibility, charges, and exchange fare. However, we request a video proof. We recommend making a video of unboxing the package to avoid any unpleasant experiences.
